Super Grouper

Andy had heard about this dish from someone, so he had to try it for himself. As per usual, he went with the blackened option, and that worked out well. The grouper was grilled to perfection and was even a little meatier than we find sometimes. The salsa on top was to die for, and had full pieces of shrimp mixed in for good measure. Andy opted for the side Caesar, and that and the rice were both as good as expected. Just a super meal!
