Enchilada Tradicionales
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
We’ve yet to have a bad meal at Mixx on Main. And their Mexican menu is just stellar. These enchiladas are further proof of that fact. Andy went with the chicken, green sauce and the charro beans on the side. The corn tortillas were perfect, as was every flavor in the dish. Supposedly the red sauce is pretty spicy, so that may be the only change next time to test that out. This will be a regular order fo sho.
