Slow Roasted Prime Rib

Jill took the plunge and tried the prime rib at Mixx on Main, and she was happy she did. Mixx is one of the places the locals know, but stays under the radar otherwise. The food is consistently good there, and the prime rib was no different. Cooked to perfection, it was tender and flavorful as can be. The creamy horseradish was not Jill's thing, but Andy can confirm its greatness. The smashed potatoes were also a big hit.
