Train Wreck Sandwich

We’d seen this place on social media, so had to make a stop when we were in Bluffton. It’s an old house with a choo-choo next door where all the goodness happens. Andy saw the train wreck and it was love at first sight. Pulled pork and chicken with a helping of brisket? No brainer. This is a straight up great BBQ sandy. And the sides? The potato salad is creamy but brings a cool flavor. And the Brunswick stew was a thicker than usual, but tasty, surprise.
