Painted Desert Soup

We continue to fawn all over Santa Fe Cafe, but it’s with good reason. Their food is just consistently great. And this soup is yet another example. We both tried it, and, frankly, it was extraordinary. First, the presentation. So beautiful. Makes it difficult to want to mess it all up. But we got over it quickly after the first bite. It’s crazy how all of the ingredients work so well together to make this soup taste so good. We’d happily order it as an entree — if the rest of the menu weren’t so good. Just remarkable.
