Outrageous Chimichanga

It is not hyperbole to say that this might be the best chimichanga we’ve ever eaten. Nothing comes close really. From the presentation to the sheer size, to how all the ingredients come together. Just a spectacular dish. The menu says it comes with chicken, but the shredded beef is what really stands out. Didn’t even notice the chicken, must have been shredded as well. Never mind, because it didn’t matter. And the two sauces, don’t even get us started. So good. This is a meal for a hearty appetite, which Andy was happy to oblige.
