Mongolian Beef

This was the big winner for us on this visit. We both adore a good Mongolian Beef, or chicken for that matter, dish. Went with the beef this time and it was delicious. The sauce was spot on, the beef perfectly prepared, and the onions were something else. The onions really make this meal when it’s good, and this dish delivered in a big way, even for Jill, who has a love/hate relationship with onions. This will likely be in our order on the next visit.
