Crispy Spicy Chicken

It’s been hard to find great Asian on the island. It exists, you just have to look for it. This was our first time to E-Tang. Much like Santa Fe Cafe next door, it’s in a great location, but just one we zip by without ever noticing. The place has the feel of a small, family-run shop. It’s not an assembly line type of operation like you’d get at Panda Express. Andy likes a little spice, so went with the dish with it in the name. The chicken was crisp, yet tender. The flavor was not exactly what was expected, but he really enjoyed it the more he ate it. It’s like ordering a dry rub on wings, not a lot of juice. But after it was over, we don’t think it was necessary. Just a solid, tasty, and spicy Asian chicken dish.
