Lowcountry Gumbo

We both ordered this gumbo for the first time recently, and, wow, is this a super flavorful offering. Andy can’t remember ever having gumbo that tasted this good and left such a strong impression. Jill felt the same, except it was too spicy for her taste, so Andy had to close it out. That said, if you like a little spice in your food, this is a tremendous option. If not, maybe take a pass and order the she-crab instead.
