Brisket Burnt End Chili

Andy has had this chili twice and is usually skeptical about a place saying they've won the best chili award three years in a row. But, okay, we get it now. This is a really good chili. The brisket is so flavorful and the chili has a great spice to it -- not sweet, not really savory, somewhere on a whole other spectrum. And we say this as a great compliment. The big chunk of brisket and cornbread on top just set the stage so perfectly that you can't help but love it.
