BBQ Nachos
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
Our family is snobbish when it comes to nachos. Andy has now eaten the BBQ Nachos at One Hot Mamas twice and can officially add them to our reco list. The highlight is surely the pulled pork, which is delicious as a dish on its own and is certainly great in this setting. The queso and BBQ sauce are both flavorful, if not exactly as plentiful as is ideal. Nachos 101 tells us that each layer of chips should have something added before the next layer is piled on, be that queso, BBQ sauce, sour cream, whatever. These nachos probably only get a C+ on that issue. But the overall flavor of the nachos on top overcomes this small objection. These are not the best nachos on the island, but they are worthy of your appetite.
