Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir Fry

This place is near our home and we drive by it so much that we’re surprised it took us so long to try it. We heard it was best for lunch, so Andy gave it a shot. This is a pretty simple dish, but, man, was it ever flavorful. That sauce was crazy good. The chicken was tender and all the veggies worked well. Loved the cucumber in place of the zucchini for this dish. This is a cool little spot for a nice lunch and this dish hit the mark.
