Spanish Omelette
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
Omelets can be difficult for us. Sometimes they are too bland, or other times too fluffy. But GT got the Spanish omelette just right. Peppers, tomatoes, onions and cheese are blended just right, but the chorizo brings it home. This is an omelet lover's omelet. You can choose potatoes or hash browns on the side, but we slightly prefer the potatoes. Enjoy!
