Pizza

We’d never been to Local Pie, so we decided to head over for lunch one day to see what it was about. Decided to get two ten-inch pies to check out a traditional option as well as one of their specialty concoctions. The Usual is their most popular, and we can see why. A traditional pepperoni pizza is a go-to for us, but the Slowcountry Pie was anything but usual. Both shared that perfect wood-fired crust we love so much. The Slowcountry has chicken, bacon, jalapeño, multiple cheeses and a BBQ drizzle, and both options really hit the mark. We can see why Local Pie has so many fans. It’s clearly one of the top pizza options on the island.
