Pool Bar Jim's is tucked away behind Seacrest, but it's worth the effort to find it. Jim was a legend on the island, mixing drinks with real fruit every day for years and years. His legacy lives on in the many delicious drinks they serve each day, including our current feature, the Mudslide. This decadent drink is made of Kahlua, Baileys, vodka, and chocolate, lots of chocolate. Yes, it's really a vodka milkshake, and you only need one. These drinks are so large you get two cups. They are a little on the expensive side, but worth it for anyone looking for a great beach drink. Our kids order this drink every time they come, so we've become huge Mudslide fans in our family!
