Hushpuppies
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
Hudson’s is one of the few places it seems that still provides complimentary hushpuppies. And their version is the GOAT. Go figure. Savory, not sweet like a donut hole (ahem, Salty Dog), the only criticism of these tasty morsels is the effect they can have on your dinner if you eat too many before the seafood arrives. You’ve been warned!
