Holy Enchilada Mexicana

We’ve eaten at Holy Tequila! a handful of times over the years. This is probably the best dish we’ve ever had in all our visits. The dish presentation was really nice, but the main winner here is the creamy Mexican sauce that you taste with every bite. We’re not exactly sure what the sauce was — it had the look of a mole sauce, but it wasn’t that. In any event, it was super flavorful and one we’d order again on a future visit.
