Enchiladas Carlito’s

Carlito’s has been open for about a year and is tucked away in the same center as Nectar, so it doesn’t get a lot of traffic. But with enchiladas like these, that shouldn’t be a problem for much longer. Four corn tortilla enchiladas with steak, chicken, or shrimp, topped by a wonderful green sauce and a sprinkling of sour cream just melt in your mouth. Rice and black beans finish out the experience. So tasty!
