Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
Our own find — and we’d order it again.
We’re huge pizza fans. And we’re also big Chicago-style pizza fans. Typically, we’ll go for the thin crust option, but Andy loves a good Lou Malnati’s deep dish whenever he can get his hands on one. Not gonna happen on the island, so we checked out the Capri pan pizza option to see what we thought. And we have to say that we loved it. Again, we do prefer the thinner crust pizzas, but this bready version will be a nice change of pace. We got the half pan option thinking we might take some home, though we almost never do. But, yeah, Andy could only eat four square slices of this tasty pie. It’s a little pricey, but when you consider it’s gonna be two full meals, it’s actually not too bad. We ordered our usual — all pepperoni, half sausage and onion. The sauce was great, the ingredients were of high quality, and the service was excellent.
