What to Order at Cahill’s Market

Cahill’s has been in the same family since 1918, when the land was bought with a brother’s World War I life insurance money. The farm stand came in 2004 and the kitchen grew out of it — so the vegetables beside your fried chicken were likely grown a few hundred yards away. Worth the drive.
